The case of Marianne 'N' and Valentina Gilabert has made significant progress with the detention of two individuals allegedly involved in the attack on the young model. The lawyers for the Gilabert family and Valentina's father have commented on the course of the investigation, considering it favorable. At a conference outside the Judicial Power of Mexico City, lawyers Airton Marín and Fernando Pineda revealed details about the events following the arrest orders issued last Saturday. The first suspect, an adult man, was detained and brought to a hearing where he was linked to the process and was given justified preventive imprisonment. He is currently held at the Reclusorio Oriente. Additionally, a minor allegedly involved in the attack was also detained, with her process delayed because her defense requested a duplication of the constitutional term. Despite this, the minor was also linked to the process and was imposed a precautionary measure of preventive internment, with a 60-day deadline for complementary investigation. Both individuals are being processed for their alleged participation in the attack against Valentina Gilabert, with charges of "aggravated injuries with the intent to cause a person's death." The lawyers indicated that an exhaustive investigation has been conducted away from public scrutiny to ensure the collection of uncontaminated evidence. Regarding Valentina Gilabert's health, her father mentioned that the young model is conscious and in the process of recovery, receiving physical and psychological therapy. Valentina was discharged from the hospital in mid-February and is undergoing rehabilitation. The case, which involves the influencer Marianne 'N' who allegedly attacked Valentina with a knife, continues to generate public interest, and it is expected that the investigation will continue to advance in order to clarify the events that occurred.
